Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Maintain and update employee records to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements through regular audits and monitoring.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring an efficient experience that aligns with organizational culture.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement programs that foster a positive workplace culture.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Operations or similar roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment or tech startup.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems).
- In-depth understanding of HR practices.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
