Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Account Representative Staff plays a key role in supporting the end-to-end sales process—from initial client communication and order handling to coordinating with internal teams. This role is also actively involved in sales negotiations, building long-term client relationships, and is responsible for achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Handling & Client Relationship
- Actively involved in full-scale sales negotiations, including pricing and agreement terms.
- Handle and convert potential leads into customers through persuasive and solution-driven approaches.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Provide responsive support to help clients meet their needs effectively.
- Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and handle any issues or complaints.
2. Order Process & Internal Coordination
- Respond to client inquiries regarding stock availability, pricing, and delivery estimates.
- Gather order lists, verify product availability, and coordinate with Finance for quotations and proforma invoices.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure product readiness, including for customized orders.
- Manage and monitor delivery arrangements with internal drivers or external logistics partners.
- Coordinate custom design requests with the Design team and facilitate client approvals.
3. Sales Performance & Target Achievement
- Responsible for meeting team sales targets.
- Foster repeat business through excellent service and relationship management.
