Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Desc:
- Performing administrative duties for the event, such as recording event data, assisting in event planning and communicating with guests
- Establishing the infrastructure to record event data and later use it for marketing and planning future events
- Acting as the main point of contact for the event to answer questions and offer support throughout the event's creation
- Attending the event and ensuring that all aspects of the event run smoothly on the day
- Monitoring stock levels of key resources to ensure that they're available
- Promoting the event to boost awareness and attendance
Job Requirement:
- Min. Bachelor Degree from all majors (preferably from MICE/ Marketing/ Management/ Business Administration)
- Min. 3 years of experience in the same field (preferably from EO/ Management Mall industry)
- Proficient in Ms. Office (especially Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- An active player with strong detail-oriented and well-organized personality
- Willing to work on Saturday or Sunday if needed
- Willing to be placed in Kota Bekasi, Jawa Barat
