Job Summary:
GreenSM Indonesia is seeking an Admin Team Leader to oversee day-to-day administrative operations, facilities management, general affairs, and office support. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring all administrative activities run efficiently, supporting internal teams, and maintaining a productive work environment. You will lead the admin staff, manage office assets and supplies, handle vendor coordination, and assist with compliance and reporting related to GA and office matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of administrative and general affairs staff.
- Manage office needs including procurement of supplies, utilities, and maintenance services.
- Ensure proper filing, documentation, and recordkeeping of company assets, contracts, and permits.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management for facility-related matters.
- Monitor and control inventory of office assets and stationery; ensure timely replenishment.
- Support HR in organizing employee events, onboarding logistics, and office layout arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace regulations.
- Prepare regular reports and documentation for internal use or audit purposes.
- Identify and implement improvements to administrative systems and procedures.
- Support budgeting and cost control for office operational expenses.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in General Affairs or Office Administration.
- Proven experience in leading a small team or supervising staff.
