Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist in processing payments for Business, Opex, and Tax transactions.
- Input payment and journal data into accounting software (Autocount).
- Perform bank reconciliation and ensure financial data accuracy.
- Support finance data processing and documentation.
- Handle inquiries related to finance payment data in coordination with the Accounting & Tax team as well as vendors.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and report preparation.
- Support administrative tasks and maintain proper filing of accounting documents.
- Undergraduate student or fresh graduate majoring in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Familiarity with accounting software (experience with Autocount is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office applications.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
- Willing to commit to a full-time internship for at least 3 months.
