Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Managing and supporting the sales team to achieve sales target
- Developing an overall business plan, including sales strategies and profit goals
- Monitoring and analyzing team performance
- Building and maintaining good relationship and communication with all customers
- Candidate must own at least a Bachelor Degree from any major
- At least 4 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager or similar role
- Experienced in leading team
- Excellent analytical skill & communication skill
- Willing to be placed in Sumatra (Pekanbaru, Jambi, Muara Bungo, Lampung, Bengkulu, Palembang, Aceh)
