Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize incoming task requests from internal teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, track progress, and resolve issues related to tasks or projects.
- Act as the team’s representative in communicating task updates, timelines, and deliverables to other departments.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including task statuses, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
- Responsible for developing project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Identify potential risks or bottlenecks in task execution and propose solutions to mitigate them.
- Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance task management efficiency.
- Prepare reports and updates for stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on project objectives.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination, task management, or a related role, preferably in a technology or product-driven environment, fresh graduates are welcome.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Lark, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information to diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting while also managing tasks independently.
