Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Coordinate and maintain relationships with existing vendors: Find out updates and service problems for related vendors, coordinate with management, and follow up with vendors regarding documents (co: legal documents, technical documents, etc.)
- Coordinating and maintaining relationships with new vendors: Knowing the services provided, the impact on existing clients, coordinating with management, and following up with vendors regarding documents (co: legal documents, technical documents, etc.)
- Coordinate with research staff regarding features from competitor apps
- Conduct real-time updates and weekly reports to SPV
- Negotiate especially the price of the offers given by the Third Party team
- Help find vendors needed by the company, both domestic vendors and foreign vendors (Minimum 3 vendors for comparison)
- Achieve the Service Level Agreement (SLA) target starting from negotiating the creation of the PKS until go-live on the date given by the company
- Know similar vendors used by the fintech/multifinance industry and competitors (can explain the advantages and disadvantages of using these vendors)
- Sociable, communicative, has good negotiation skills
- Have work experience as a BD/negotiator for at least 1 year (Preferably having worked in a bank or non-bank financial institution)
- Able to operate Ms.Office, especially Ms.Excel.
