Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Planning for the timeline, mechanism, tonality, and target audience of the marketing campaign.
- Assess campaign project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Develop and manage social media campaigns, including creating and publishing content, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute media buying campaigns across multiple traditional channels and digital platforms, including social media
- Manage campaign project timelines and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Assist plan and executing campaigns, including conducting market research, creating ad copy, and monitoring campaign performance.
- Create and analyze reports on marketing campaign performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Coordinating with cross-department teams to ensure campaign roll-outs are happening according to timeline and success metrics.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Campaign/Marketing/Project Management.
- Earning experience working in a start-up or tech company would be a good benefit
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated self-starter and extremely reliable.
- Highly energetic and self-motivated.
- Eager to learn new things & passionate to work in a face-paced environment.
- Creative person that is full of ideas.
- Data analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently.
- Has excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
