Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist in planning and organizing community events, contests, and activities to promote engagement and participation among members.
- Support the coordination of virtual and in-person events, including logistics, scheduling, and on-site support as needed.
- Help manage event registrations, attendee communications, and follow-up activities to ensure a positive experience for all participants.
- Assist in sourcing and coordinating with vendors, sponsors, media, and partners for event-related services and support.
- Provide on-site support during events, including setup, coordination, and troubleshooting to ensure events run smoothly and successfully.
- Assist in post-event activities, including attendee feedback collection, event debriefs, and analysis to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.
- Currently enrolled in the final semester of university or recent graduate.
- Passion for Korean culture, including K-pop, K-drama, and other aspects of Korean entertainment and lifestyle.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Previous experience in event planning or related field is a plus, but not required.
