Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Maintain & analyze employee attendance to achieve on time and accurate payroll
- Maintain employee records and HRIS
- Manage employee benefit claim
- Prepare and reconcile monthly payroll reports
- Ensure compliance with all payroll-related laws and regulations
- Contribute to improve compensation benefit efficiency and accuracy
- Bachelor degree from any majors with minimum GPA 3.00
- Minimum 2 year of proven experience in compensation and benefit roles
- Strong understanding about payroll related laws and regulation, as well as actuarial
- Proficiency in Office365 application
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing HRIS will be prefered
