Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Support the costing team in analyzing and executing cost structures for shoe production.
- Assist in preparing cost breakdowns based on design specifications and materials.
- Coordinate with product development, purchasing, and production departments to gather cost-related data.
- Monitor changes in material prices and production processes that affect overall costs.
- Ensure cost sheets are updated and submitted on time for buyer approvals and internal reporting.
- Maintain accurate records of costing files, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and cost history.
- Participate in cost-reduction initiatives and continuous improvement processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience as a costing staff in the shoe manufacturing industry is a plus (fresh graduates with related skills are welcome to apply).
- Familiar with computing number calculation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and costing software/tools.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and hardworking.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
