As a CS After Sales Return and Refund, you will:
- Processing customer returns, exchanges, and refunds in line with company policies.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for product pickups or reshipments.
- Managing the creation of after-sales performance reports and dashboards.
- Handling process improvement initiatives to enhance the after-sales experience.
- Diploma or Bachelor degree
- Min 1 year experience as CS After Sales
- Strong interest in the beauty and personal care industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiar with E-Commerce platform (Shopee, Tiktok Shop, Tokopedia, Lazada, etc)
- Good communication skills (written and verbal), customer-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Able to do full WFO from Tebet, South Jakarta
