Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct regular training sessions on performance improvement, negotiation skills, compliance, and new functions;
- Deliver specialized training in response to new regulations, strategies, or policy updates;
- Analyze daily performance of Agents and Team Leaders, identifying gaps and implementing improvement plans;
- Identify issues within the collection team and implement solutions efficiently;
- Collaborate with other departments to stay updated on product changes and ensure team awareness;
- Develop high-quality training materials, including PowerPoint presentations and other instructional resources;
- Ensure compliance with OJK regulations and industry standards;
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the collection industry;
- Proven experience in conducting training for both large teams and smaller groups;
- Fluent in English is a must (spoken and written);
- Strong skills in creating training materials, including PowerPoint presentations;
- Excellent cross-departmental communication skills;
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new skills and functions;
- Logical thinker with a proactive and self-disciplined work ethic;
- Results-driven and capable of enhancing team performance and compliance;
- Deep understanding of OJK regulations related to collections.
