Deskripsi Pekerjaan
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Supervisor who is passionate about building brand presence, driving digital campaigns, and turning data into actionable strategies. In this role, you will oversee digital marketing execution across channels, ensuring effective online engagement and measurable impact on business growth.
Key Responsibility:
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta Ads, TikTok etc.).
- Manage SEO, SEM, and performance marketing to drive traffic, conversion, and ROI.
- Oversee content strategy for social media, website, and digital assets to ensure brand consistency and engagement.
- Work closely with the e-Commerce, Brand, and Creative teams to align digital strategies with business goals.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.), providing insights and recommendations.
- Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and digital partners to maximize results.
- Supervise and ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Stay updated on digital trends and new platforms, bringing fresh ideas to enhance brand visibility and competitiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory/lead role.
- Proven track record in performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media management.
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
