What you will do?
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing product listings, maintaining accurate information, and ensuring store visuals align with ongoing campaigns. You'll take charge of creating engaging promotions—such as discounts, flash sales, bundling offers, and campaign submissions—while running and optimizing platform ads to drive traffic and boost conversions. A strong focus on customer service standards, store performance metrics (like reviews, returns, and shipping speed), and insightful data analysis. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective e-commerce strategies and deliver a seamless online shopping experience.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum diploma degree from any major
- Have 1-3 years experience as an E-Commerce Specialist or relevant experience
- Have previous experience build e-commerce store from scratch (TikTok x Tokopedia)
- Experience manage e-commerce in healthcare is preferred
