Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Coordinate and support the implementation of events, high-level meetings, and activities within BINUS University and the Rector’s Office
- Manage administrative, clerical, and operational tasks for Deans, Heads of Departments, and Heads of Programs
- Handle budget requests, usage reporting, and maintain accurate documentation for operational activities
- Foster effective internal collaboration and ensure high-quality service delivery to all stakeholders
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from any major (preferably Secretary, Administration, Management, or related fields)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or secretarial roles, preferably in Education industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Willing to be placed at West Jakarta
