Deskripsi Pekerjaan
PT. United Family is a leading confectionery company; committed to continuously serve the best products and services to our customers. We are looking for talented and passionate members to become part of Our Sister Company.
Responsibilities:
- Create SOP and design reports to ensure accurate data input to system, in relation to manufacturing cost.
- Monitor and analyze production costs, variances, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with production, purchasing and accounting teams to validate cost-related data.
- Develop and mantain product costing models.
- Lead or support ERP system implementation or upgrades (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, AX etc.).
- Design accounting processes and workflows within ERP for scability and automation.
- Prepare SOPs and user guides, especially in relation to the new flow in ERP.
- Able to accurately and timely prepare financial reports including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with local tax reporting and laws requirements.
- Coordinate with external accountants/auditors as necessary.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to management for decision-making.
- Develop and improve internal controls and financial procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability related financial data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in leading or supporting finance transformation projects or process improvements is a strong advantage.
