Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Monitor top-up alert notifications and ensure timely processing in strict adherence to SLA requirements.
- Oversee and analyze weekly and monthly top-up reports.
- Conduct thorough top-up reconciliations, ensuring alignment between recorded data and bank statements while proactively resolving discrepancies.
- Review, validate, and release transactions processed by team members to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Manage and analyze monthly settlement reports, ensuring accuracy.
- Ensure adequate fund availability for settlements, proactively mitigating potential shortfalls.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to streamline financial operations and resolve escalated issues effectively.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring strict adherence to financial procedures, compliance standards, and SLA commitments.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- >3 years of experience in financial operations, reconciliation, settlements, or treasury.
- Familiar with internet banking as a releaser.
- Experience in financial technology and knowledge of payments are preferred.
- Has leadership and/or supervisory experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Business fluency in English and Bahasa.
- Ability to interpret large amounts of data for reconciliation process.
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
