What You’ll Own
- Strategic Finance Partnering: Act as a thought partner to business leaders by providing financial insights, challenging assumptions, and guiding teams toward profitable growth.
- Budget Allocation & ROI Planning: work with department leaders to evaluate and prioritize resource allocation based on ROI analysis, strategic goals, and financial constraints.
- Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Track and analyze key financial and operational metrics. Identify risks and opportunities to help teams stay on course toward business objectives.
- Financial Reporting & Executive Dashboards: Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports and dashboards that enable fast, data-backed decisions by leadership.
- Decision Support & Scenario Modeling: Deliver financial analyses and scenario models that support high-impact decisions, such as new initiatives, pricing changes, or cost management strategies.
What Success Looks Like
- Launch a rolling forecast model with high accuracy for revenue, COGS, and key expenses across business units.
- Implement automated dashboards and monthly reporting tools that reduce manual work and provide actionable insights to leadership.
