About the Role
You’ll be part strategist, part builder, part mad scientist. Your mission: design and execute growth experiments that turn bold ideas into measurable results. You’ll work directly with the founders to scale products, unlock new user segments, and build systems that grow themselves.
What You’ll Do
- Architect growth strategies across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
- Run experiments like a scientist—hypothesis, test, learn, repeat.
- Dig into user data to uncover surprising insights and hidden opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Tech to launch things fast (and kill what doesn’t work).
- Benchmark competitors and reimagine what “growth” means for our business.
- Build models, decks, and dashboards that make strategy feel alive.
What We’re Looking For
- Sharp analytical brain with a builder’s bias for action.
- Obsession with growth loops, funnels, and flywheels.
- Experience in strategy, consulting, product, or startup growth roles.
- Fluent in data (Excel, SQL, or anything that helps you prove a point).
- Excellent English communication—clear, confident, and concise.
- Curiosity that borders on impatience.
