Role Overview


As a Growth Associate at Dash, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth engine. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients. Working closely with the sales team, you’ll help build a strong pipeline of high-potential leads and craft thoughtful, personalized outreach that gets results.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify and research potential clients through online and offline channels.
  • Reach out to prospects via email, phone, and social media to generate interest and set up meetings.
  • Qualify leads to ensure they meet our target customer profile.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach and lead status in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to hand over qualified opportunities smoothly.
  • Support marketing initiatives by sharing market feedback and insights.
  • Continuously test and improve outreach strategies to maximize response rates.
  • Represent Dash professionally and communicate our value proposition clearly.




Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong research skills and a knack for finding the right contacts.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with outbound outreach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
