Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Strategic HR Partnership:
• Collaborate with management and the team in all branch to support business goals through strategic HR initiatives.
• Provide HR advice and consultation to Head and employees.
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition team to fulfill manpower needs
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees and probation
Employee & Industrial Relations:
• Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and issues.
• Foster a positive working environment and address employee concerns.
• Manage and resolve workplace conflicts.
HR Administration:
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
• Hands-on with upcoming projects
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
HR Projects:
• Participate in HR initiatives and projects to improve processes.
• Assist in the implementation of HR systems and tools.
- Possess Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Law, Psychology, Management or related major.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as HRBP/HCBP in various industry, especially services company
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labour regulations.
- Proven ability to implement HR strategies that align with business goals and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and data effectively.
