Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Build and set up DPR’s HR department, policies, and processes from the ground up.
- Lead recruitment and onboarding for all positions, ensuring the right talent is in place before the restaurant launch.
- Develop training programs to prepare staff for excellent customer service and operational readiness.
- Establish performance management systems to track and improve employee output.
- Create and implement HR policies covering attendance, conduct, benefits, and workplace culture.
- Serve as the point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR compliance matters.
- Partner closely with operations and management to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Foster a positive, motivating work environment that retains top talent.
- Based in Surabaya, willing to travel to Malang as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in HR management, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality.
- Proven experience in setting up HR functions in a fast-paced or start-up environment.
- Strong recruitment skills with ability to hire quickly without compromising quality.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and results-oriented.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
