The Opportunity:
This is a rare opportunity to join Torch.id at a pivotal moment in our growth journey. As the Head of People & Culture, you will be a strategic leader responsible for building and implementing HR strategies that align with our dynamic business goals. With expertise across all HR domains—especially in Organizational Development, Talent Management, and Recruitment—you’ll design and execute frameworks, programs, and processes that drive our company’s culture, support our rapid scaling, and enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Job Role:
- Demonstrated expertise in developing well-structured concepts, strategies, and HR frameworks, particularly in the context of rapidly growing organizations.
- A proven track record of successfully leading business process reengineering initiatives, implementing improvements, and ensuring the efficient and effective operation of all business processes within the organization.
