Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Maintain and update inventory records in the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Perform regular stock reconciliation and cycle counts to identify discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely receiving, storage, and dispatch of inventory.
- Work closely with procurement to track incoming shipments and update inventory accordingly.
- Generate inventory reports and analyze trends to support decision-making.
- Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory and recommend action plans.
- Ensure proper labeling, categorization, and organization of inventory in storage.
- Assist in investigating and resolving inventory-related issues or discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to inventory management.
- Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in an e-grocery or FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and stock movement processes.
- Experience with ERP or inventory management software.
- Understanding of demand forecasting and supply chain principles.
- Knowledge of perishable goods inventory management.
