Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Description:
· Assist in data analysis and predictive modeling for forecasting and operational optimization.
· Develop models and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
· Work with business planning and analytics tools to generate insights and scenario models.
· Help integrate business planning tools with ERP, IoT, and production databases for seamless data flow.
· Perform data cleaning, processing, and validation to ensure accuracy.
· Use Python, R, or SQL for basic data analysis and automation.
· Create visual reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights.
· Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
· Manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field with GPA min 3.0
· 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
· Basic knowledge of Python, R, or SQL for data processing and analysis.
· Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work with business planning and analytics tools.
· Excellent communication skills to translate data into actionable insights.
Preferred:
· Experience with forecasting, scenario modeling, or data-driven decision-making.
· Familiarity with business planning, supply chain, or production analytics.
· Exposure to ERP systems, IoT data, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
· Knowledge of data visualization tools (Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools).
