Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Monitor and evaluate inbound performance based on the agreed SLA, such as those from distributors or principals and customer returns.
- Monitor and evaluate the stock opname’s performance in accordance with the agreed SLA.
- Provide operational data, which includes inbound, storage, and outbound data.
- Communicate constantly with management, staff, and vendors.
- Apply problem solving skills to resolve operational issues or complaints on a daily basis.
- Maintain a positive work environment according to the company’s values and ensure that all team members are aligned.
- Maintain a professional demeanor when providing and receiving feedback.
- Ensure that operational policies and procedures are followed and maintained.
- Assist in the budget and operational finance control processes.
- Assist in the implementation of improvements.
- Possess strong integrity and a good attitude.
- Self-motivated and highly initiative.
- A result-oriented team player with great problem-solving ability.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail to boost team productivity and minimise errors.
- Possess a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Possess an eagerness to learn and the ability to work flexible hours.
- Willing to work in all SIRCLO’s warehouse (Jabodetabek).
