Deskripsi Pekerjaan
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic KOL Affiliate Specialist to join our Marketing Division. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving our e-commerce and affiliate marketing efforts, focusing on expanding our digital presence and sales performance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns for e-commerce and affiliate partnerships
- Create strategic programs to optimize affiliate and e-commerce performance
- Design and implement innovative online promotional strategies
- Collaborate with creative teams to enhance store design, product display, and marketing campaigns
- Manage and develop MCN/TAP platform ecosystem
- Establish partnerships with e-commerce platforms (TikTok, Shopee) and affiliate networks
- Conduct performance monitoring and analysis of affiliate and e-commerce channels
- Track key metrics including sales, clicks, conversions, and commission earnings
- Resolve store and affiliate platform issues and violations
- Control marketing budget and generate insightful competitor research reports
- Develop and maintain relationships with content creators and affiliate managers
- Minimum 1 year experience in affiliate and e-commerce management
- Deep understanding of e-commerce and affiliate systems
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with creators, affiliate managers, and partners
- Connections with MCN/Affiliate Managers (preferred)
- Background in Enabler/MCN/TAP platforms highly advantageous
- Familiarity with TikTok affiliate systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
