Deskripsi Pekerjaan
What You’ll Do:
- Analyze Mitra churn trends and retention rates by hub location.
- Design and execute Mitra engagement programs (e.g., loyalty, rewards, recognition).
- Conduct regular reviews of existing engagement programs in ASTRO results to identify workforce pain points and improvement areas.
- Maintain and update Pulse Check trackers
- Track and analyze all relevant Mitra-related metrics (engagement, satisfaction, churn).
- Collaborate with Ground Ops and Process Excellence (PX) teams to align initiatives and drive outcomes.
- Oversee and monitor the Pulse Check process through the team
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in employee engagement or workforce analytics
- Strong data analysis and dashboard/reporting skills
- Background working with blue-collar/warehouse workforce
- Excellent project and stakeholder management
- Willing to be on-site and mobile across warehouse locations
