Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- Draft and prepare agreements as requested by business units.
- Review legal drafts and agreements.
- Provide day-to-day legal advice, especially related to corporate legal matters.
- Oversee all legal matters, with a primary focus on products and financing activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on new products, markets, or industries, as well as external legal counsel as required.
- Establish and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Draft and implement policies related to legal agreements, compliance, and risk management.
- Handle internal legal matters in relation to the corporate structure and management.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in law from a reputable university.
- More than 2 years of work experience as a Legal Specialist or Associate, preferably from top corporate law firms.
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
- Familiar with General Corporate matters, Banking & Financing, Capital Markets, or M&A areas.
- Experience in e-commerce and financial services industries would be an advantage.
- Strong communication, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Able to deliver quality work efficiently.
- Fast learner, responsible, self-motivated, very organized, with strong attention to detail.
