Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Drafting a wide variety of legal documents.
- Reviewing legal matters such as agreements, memorandum of understanding, and others.
- Reviewing and analyzing laws, regulations, and cases related to specific field.
- Provide Legal Opinion for required cases.
- Assist to implement a Compliance Framework to be adapted for the company.
- Identify and mitigate risk in any agreements.
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law.
- Having knowledge of applicable laws, rules and regulations.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply. Experience candidate will be preferred.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Working location: Pekalongan, Central Java
