Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Key Responsibilities
- Validate and approve all incentive, deduction, and referral calculations.
- Review reports, ensure data accuracy, and develop insights for stakeholders.
- Oversee and maintain dashboards; identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure proper data cleansing, organized databases, and accurate formulas.
- Lead weekly cadences with Operations and Internal Mitra Management.
- Act as the main PIC for BSC communications and improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product on HRIS enhancements and process automation.
- Delegate, coach, and mentor associates to drive performance and development.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, or operations excellence.
- Strong attention to detail with advanced Excel and data management skills.
- Familiarity with dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Experience in HRIS systems and/or process automation is a plus.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership experience in guiding and developing team members.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
