Job Overview
PIC Live Stream is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing live streaming content to improve engagement, performance, and reach. It requires candidates with experience or knowledge in managing live streaming on marketplaces and analyzing live streaming data, especially in Shopee. This role typically combines data analysis, live stream content strategy, and audience insights to ensure the live streaming efforts meet the company’s objectives, whether for marketing, e-commerce, entertainment, or customer engagement. PIC Live Stream ensures that the live streaming events run smoothly, creating a positive shopping experience for viewers while maximizing sales opportunities for sellers.
Job Role
- Data Monitoring and Analysis: Track key performance metrics for live streams, such as viewer count, watch time, engagement rate, conversions, and drop-off points; analyze audience demographics, behavior, and preferences to optimize content strategy; generate insights on viewer engagement patterns, including peak times, audience retention, and interactive elements that drive higher participation.
- Live Streaming Event Planning: Coordinate and plan live streaming events, including scheduling, selecting participating live streamer, and defining product showcases.
- Live Streamer Management: Identify and onboard live streamer interested in participating in live stream events. Provide guidance and support to live streamer regarding product presentation and live stream best practices.
- Live Stream Content Creation: Create compelling live stream content, including product demonstrations, promotions, and interactive elements to engage viewers.
- Technical Setup: Oversee the technical setup for live streaming events, including camera equipment, lighting, sound, and streaming software. Ensure a seamless broadcast experience.
