Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Execute the end-to-end execution of product initiatives (focusing on internal system), ensuring smooth rollout and adoption.
- Create and maintain process flows (documentation, diagrams) to standardize and streamline operations.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Operations, Finance, and Tech to improve operational workflows.
- Identify current pain points in existing operation processes and propose solutions for improvement.
- Collect, validate, and analyze data to support decision-making.
- Manage and maintain internal dashboards and reporting tools (e.g, Google Sheets, Google Data Studio).
- Help identify and resolve bottlenecks in day-to-day operations (Internal system, flow, tools, and etc).
- Bachelor’s degree holders are welcome to apply (preferably in Industrial Engineering, or related fields).
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data (Excel/Sheets, SQL a plus).
- Strong interest in process improvement, operational workflows, and product development.
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills across teams (Product, Tech, Operation, Finance)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.
