Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Monitor the production process and maintain work areas and equipment
- Inspect production's output and quality to meet or exceed all customer requirements
- Ensure that the operators follow operation standards, policies and procedures
- Ensure that all production targets are met
- Inform any production issues or problems to supervisor on duty to ensure a continuous flow of quality product
- Candidate must possess a Diploma's Degree (D3) in Mechanical / Industrial / Mechatronic / Electrical Engineering
- Have a minimum 1 year experience, fresh graduates are very welcome to apply
- Passionate about building a career especially in manufacturing industry
- Familiarity with CNC machines, AutoCAD / Solidworks software, PLC and any other related technical hard skills would be a huge plus
- Ready to do fieldwork and work in shift
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Strong sense of leadership, adaptable and committed to excellence
- Willing to attend offline psychological testing in Bitung, Tangerang
- Willing to be Placed in Bitung, Tangerang
