Deskripsi Pekerjaan
As a Repair and Maintenance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational readiness of our electric vehicle fleet. This position requires hands-on technical expertise in EV systems, diagnostics, and general vehicle maintenance. You will be responsible for preventive maintenance, repairs, and ensuring minimal downtime for our drivers.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and inventory of tools/spare parts
- Collaborate with the fleet and operations team to improve vehicle reliability and safety
- At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in automotive repair and maintenance, with direct experience handling electric vehicles (EVs) or hybrid systems being highly preferred
- Diploma or technical certification in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Good technical knowledge of EV components, including battery systems, charging infrastructure, electric drivetrains, and high-voltage safety procedures
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently and resolve issues under time pressure
