Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for store operations, visual merchandising, and customer service.
- Recruit, train, and mentor store leaders and employees to uphold company values and deliver excellent customer service.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions regarding inventory management, stock levels, and product placement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional strategies and events to drive foot traffic and sales.
- Oversee the planning and execution of new store openings, including layout design, staffing, and inventory setup.
- Coordinate participation in events and exhibitions, showcasing our products and enhancing brand visibility.
- Manage relationships with retailers and retail partners, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
- Monitor store performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain strong relationships with warehouse team and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership positions.
- Prior experience in a retail company, with a strong background in store & event operations management.
- Proven success in creating and implementing SOPs to streamline store operations.
- Experience in recruiting, training, and managing store teams.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian consumer behavior, and trends.
- A passion for lifestyle and well-designed products, with familiarity in brands similar to ours.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software....
