Deskripsi Pekerjaan
What you will do
- Actively identify and approach potential new customers who need shipping services from China to Indonesia.
- Promote and sell Wilopo Cargo's services, including FCL, LCL, RMB Entrusted Transfer, and Shopping Service.
- Negotiate deals and close sales effectively with a focus on long-term potential.
- Understand market trends and customer needs to offer the right solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the Account Manager team for seamless handover and customer follow-up.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
What you will need
- Willing to do canvassing at least 3 times per week to expand customer acquisition
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Have a high orientation and desire to work in sales.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in sales or working in an import company.
- Optimistic and target-oriented personality.
- Have good communication and negotiation skills.
- Have high integrity, initiative, and good behavior.
- Presentable, energetic, and confident appearance.
Note: This position is commission-based but still provides a basic salary
