Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Managing and coordinating the schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements of BOD’s
- Managing correspondence, communication, and documentation related to BOD
- Preparing and organizing agendas, reports, and presentations for meetings, including events related to BOD’s schedule
- Ensuring the BOD is up-to-date about the upcoming and on-going schedule
- Creating, distributing, and following up related to minutes of meeting
- Assist the BOD in creating content for online media platforms
- Handling requests and queries related to BOD appropriately
- Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial/Office Administration/Communication/Management/other relevant major
- Minimum 3 years as Secretary/Personal Assistant
- Have a certification as Secretary or related will be a plus
- Digital savvy (especially in social media and other work tools)
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Able to multitask, prioritize duties, and keep confidential information.
- Proficient in English
