As a Senior Brand Manager (Beauty), you will:
- Define and execute the overall brand strategy aligned with business goals.
- Develop brand architecture, tone of voice, and identity guidelines.
- Ensure consistent brand storytelling across all platforms (digital, retail, offline, etc.).
- Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, PR, influencer).
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
- Collaborate with Product Development and R&D to align product messaging with brand identity.
- Monitor brand performance and market trends.
- Analyze sales data, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams: Sales, Digital, Trade Marketing, and E-commerce.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or relevant fields. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the beauty or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record in brand building and campaign execution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Deep understanding of beauty consumers and trends (skincare/makeup).
- Familiar with digital platforms, influencer marketing, and retail activation.
- Familiar with market analysis tools (e.g., Nielsen, Euromonitor) is a plus.
