Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Recruitment including headhunting such as sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions.
- Proactively identify and approach high-level professionals and niche talent for specialized roles.
- Develop strong connections with HR professionals, industry contacts, and potential candidates to create a robust talent network.
- Organize and execute recruitment events, such as job fairs, open houses, and networking events, to attract and engage potential candidates.
- Track, analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management with insights and recommendations.
- Min. 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, esp. in the field of tech startups
- Experience in start-up / fast-paced environment / big corporation is highly preferred
- Ambitious – goal oriented with critical mindset to troubleshoot issues/blockers
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong in English, both oral and written
