Role Description:
As Settlement Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and settle financial transactions accurately and timely.
- Verify documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and enhance process efficiency.
- Monitor settlement systems and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues and streamline processes.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree from accounting or finance major.
- Min GPA of 3.00.
- Willingness and the ability to learn quickly.
- Resilience related to work volume, scheduling and prioritization.
- Have high initiative and attention to details.
- Ability to think analytically in order to solve problems and make decisions.
- Able to work in fast-paced environment.
- Good interpersonal skills to build relationships.
