Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop a maintenance plan for sewing equipment.
- Execute maintenance and management of sewing production equipment.
- Responsible for the repair and troubleshooting of sewing production equipment.
- Cooperate with factory operations and technical units to test molds and jigs and report test results.
- Cultivate employees' professional skills and work competencies to effectively achieve work goals.
- At least 2 years of experience in sewing equipment maintenance; experience in shoe factory sewing equipment maintenance is preferred.
