Deskripsi Pekerjaan
We are looking for a Social & Content Lead to drive our social media's creative direction, quality, and consistency of all social-media channels (IG, TikTok, future platforms) across Serial’s brand portfolio, ensuring each feed is on-brand, community-centric, and seamlessly tied to offline activations and light performance boosts. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, creative storytelling, and data-driven decision-making to enhance brand presence, increase audience engagement, and optimize digital performance.
Digital Strategy + Brand Growth
- Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the overall brand vision and objectives.
- Identify and propose digital-first initiatives to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Ensure a seamless online-offline experience, working closely with other Marketing team members.
Social Media & Content Strategy
- Audit existing channels and define content pillars, tone-of-voice, and visual guidelines for each brand in Serial's portfolio.
- Oversee the execution of all social media content, ensuring engagement-driven strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure high-quality, brand-aligned content is produced consistently.
- Monitor and respond to audience engagement in real time, fostering community interaction and brand loyalty.
Community and Engagement
- Foster two-way conversations, reply guidelines, and UGC programs that turn customers into advocates.
- Identify, evaluate, and engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers who align with the brand’s values.
