Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Create data-driven influencer marketing strategies that align with client business objectives.
- Define clear campaign goals, key messages, and creative content angles.
- Identify and recommend the most suitable influencer personas and platforms for maximum engagement and impact.
- Translate market, consumer, and brand insights into compelling strategy presentations and briefs.
- Lead strategic discussions with internal teams and clients, ensuring alignment and clarity.
- Work closely with creative, account, and influencer teams to guide campaign development and execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations for optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, influencer marketing, or digital campaign strategy (preferably in an agency setting).
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer behavior, and influencer marketing landscape.
- Proven ability to interpret data, market trends, and brand positioning to develop effective strategic plans.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- The office is located in Pejaten, South Jakarta.
