Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct thorough research and identify potential partners within the fintech ecosystem.
- Develop and implement strategies to engage and secure partnerships with key industry players.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Oversee the integration of new partners, ensuring that all technical, operational, and business aspects are addressed.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, engineering, marketing) to ensure seamless integration and launch of partnership initiatives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide partners with insights and recommendations to optimize their performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance partner engagement and satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis and partner feedback.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or a related role within the fintech industry (e.g., P2P KreditPintar, Julo, Ada Pundi, e-wallets, aggregators, payment gateways).
- Proven track record of successfully securing and managing partnerships.
- Strong understanding of fintech products, services, and market dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must
