Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Strong understanding of hospital business processes (registration, EMR/EHR, appointment scheduling, radiology, laboratory, pharmacy).
- Experience with BPJS integration (VClaim, Antrean, e-Klaim) is a plus.
- Proficient in requirements analysis, BRD/SRS documentation, use cases, ERD, and workflow diagrams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience as a System Analyst, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Solid knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum).
- Skilled in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) for data analysis.
- Familiar with APIs (REST/JSON) and healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR).
- Proficient with modeling tools (Draw.io, Lucidchart, Visio).
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
