Job Description :
- Liaise with HR Business Partner to determine the staffing needs of the company especially for all interns in company
- Ensure to use the right criteria to find the best candidates with end-to-end recruitment
- Use professional networking sites and social media platforms to get in touch with available candidates
- Planning interviews and execute induction process for new joiner internships
Job Requirements:
- Final year student or internship program pursuing psychology, management, or human resources management, or related field
- Willing to WFO for 6 months (Jakarta, transport allowance provided)
- Understand the end-to-end recruitment process
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
