A Talent Management & Organizational Development (TM&OD) professional is responsible for optimizing an organization's human capital by implementing strategies that attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent. This role involves aligning the organization's people strategy with its business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement performance management systems and processes.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management best practices.
- Conduct performance reviews and talent calibration sessions.
- Assess organizational culture and climate to identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate change management initiatives and build organizational resilience.
- Conduct organizational effectiveness assessments and develop improvement plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of talent management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in organizational development methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
